Needed a stainless steel dishwasher to match other appiliances in the kitchen with possibly high energy rate not only overall but drying one as well (I think this one has A++ on drying). Inside is very solid built, baskets are stable, can adjust and divide its surface to your pans, pots. Programms are easy to use, and I can save a lot of time and as we are having a big house I use it towards other cleaning duties :) highly recommend if you are looking for quality, better energy rate and stainless steel one.

Does the job but doesn't dry the dishes very well. They came out wet so I am using rinse aid now which has solved the problem. It looks very smart in the kitchen. Adjustable racks are a nice touch and the cuterly tray saves space. Loads of functions some of which I probably won't use. All in all happy with my purchase.

AO were great but this is the worst dishwasher I have ever had. It frequently doesn't dissolve the detergent (any brand, even liquid). Tried to phone Samsung on the number published online but it advises this is a possible scam number so went to the live chat which asks ludicrous questions like have you loaded it correctly and used a recommended cleaning product? Then they send you a link to a self help document which leaves you on your hands and knees trying to figure out if your water pressure is correct. Funny never had a problem with my Bosch on the same fittings! Gave up and just put up with it even though machine is only 8 months old, until tonight when it dumped water all over my kitchen, making a horrible noise. Have followed the troubleshooting advice published but it hasn't reset the machine. Not looking forward to making contact with their online chat service again. Have totally lost faith in this machine. In summary, DO buy from AO we have used them many times, just don't buy this dishwasher!

I've had dishwashers for 20 plus years and this is the worst one I've ever had. So the tech side of it is amazing - it's Samsung after all but everything else is horrible. It doesn't do a great job at cleaning dishes unless you go back 15 years and use powder and lay the dishes out in a certain manor. The detergent holder catches on any plates in the rack so you have to make sure you move them somewhere else. Really, stick to a brand known for dishwashers, not a tech company who obviously don't seem to do real world testing.

Really bad dishwasher. We have had it serviced two months after purchase as everything was coming out dirty. The engineer came to replace the sprinklers saying they got blocked with residue. Now, two months after the repair - guess what - still the same problem. The dishes are coming out really dirty, what is the point of having a dishwasher where you need to wash the dishes before you put them into the machine and after you take them out? Also, the official Samsung customer service is not great either. It took initially 3 visits of the engineers to replace the sprinklers, when the issue repeated itself they insist on taking the same route again.

Having read all the positive and negative reviews for this dishwasher we decided that it appeared to have more plus points for us. We can honestly say that it has exceeded our expectations. If you take the time to plan your loading of the various types of plates, dishes etc. it will work for you. Large wine glasses can be placed in the top shelf at an angle and the cutlery tray can segregate the different types and sizes. The left side can be lowered for larger items and the right tray can be slid into the left side providing a higher area on the right hand side. All in all we are very happy with this purchase.
