It is really easy to operate and does what it should do to great standard. The auto feature is really comfortable to use. The only issue that I can find is that, as the other reviews pointed out, the cuttlery tray is quite weak and the middle tray is not the best either. Also the spacing between the middle and botom trays is a bit akward to put large dishes and glasses

Quality of interior trays is poor, want to wash plates in the lower drawer (who would want to do that in a dishwasher) this means upper drawer has to be in upper position or the plates hit the arm which means it is too close to the cutlery tray to put most things in, glasses won't fit. My advice is buy one with a cutlery basket and no tray. On a plus point it does wash quite well and you can remove the tray (just as well I kept the old cutlery basket !).

Second Time I have used AO and there service has got so much better. Before I could not get a next day delivery to Aberdeenshire on any thing but I can now. Very happy. taken one star away because of the follow up Phone call which really was just to try and sell extended insurance (the caller was very nice).

Brilliant dishwasher, out kitchen and lounge is open plan and we can barely hear it running. There is loads of space inside and everything comes out spotless. The cutlery tray is a great alternative to a basket allowing much more space for pots and plates

As always, I purchased this as a 'distress' purchase - previous machine had broken down. AO is always speedy and reasonably priced. The machine works well but has some funny spacing on the shelving. In short, it's fine, does the job but I'm not over-excited by it. The key for me will be its longevity.

It's so quiet I thought it was broken. It doesn't leak. It looks great. It cleans stuff...well. These are just a few of the improvements over our old machine.

Works well, quick cycle is convenient and thorough. Doesn’t dry dishes as well as I would like but may try some rinse aid to see if that makes it better

I really love this dishwasher - starting from the look: stainless steel perfectly matching all my other appliances in the kitchen. Dishwasher is very quiet and leaves my dishes and other items sparkling clean and shiny! Plenty of different programs ensure that I can choose the best option for my load. Whole of the appliance oozes quality and knowing Samsung, this will work for years to come! Overall great product and deeply recommended!
