It was a stainless steel finnish on the front and there was a tiny dent on the door, which we couldn't see until I took a photo to show it off where it became obvious. If you load the plates too close together they don't clean properly. We tend to half fill the dishwasher to get better results. It's a shame really, I love Samsung equipment and by it a lot but this is one of their worse items.

I can not fault the service, the crew was extremely helpful and I will be using AO again - the machine is really easy to set up and looks really smart - one issue is the top shelf struggles to have glasses both sides. The eco wash is a marathon at over 3 hours but everything comes out very clean.

The product was great. Shame AO service is appalling.

It’s early days but so far it’s seems to perform ok, there eco mode is bit too long but seem to clean ok. Slightly disappointed with the drying but hopefully will fare better on a different program. Build quality seems ok but definitely not as robust as my old Bosch machine, on the plus side it looks great and is pretty quiet. Overall a fairly decent machine just hope it lasts as long as old Bosch ( 12 years)

Lovely machine , we struggled with adjusting the height of the racks at first and it made a very strange sound , but it’s fine now ! Would recommend

Super looking dishwasher. Plenty of wash programmes to chose from, counts down to when the cycle is complete. Lots of space for cutlery and crockery. Quiet when on. The wash quality is good.

Lovely looking Dishwasher and easy to use programs- only gripe at moment is the tray layouts and configuration, which are not immediately logical and make stacking dishes etc a bit of a pain. The booklet for loading dishwasher efficiently is also not particularly clear / helpful. Will no doubt get hang of loading this eventually though with practice .

I have a great deal of faith in Samsung products. The new dishwashers top shelf is not well designed. Your dirty dishes just fall over, not easy to stack. I have nothing but praise for the service That AO have delivered , many times, over the Years. Our washing machine is wearing out, it is getting old. It has performed well but I think it’s Days are numbered. Who I’m gonna call AO. Nigel Bass
