Some washes are 3 hours long. Also, it does not have a sensible receptacle for cutlery. Instead, knives, forks and spoons all have to be laid flat on the top shelf which is time-consuming and, more often than not, they fall off into the machine.

Great product and looks nice - the cycles seem to be very long but everything comes out clean - can recommend
