At the moment its good. Quiet, big, does the job. However the smartthings app, not the best.. lots time need to reinstall ,as does not work properly..Also can not switch on the dryer with it..so does not really make sense to have it.. Be aware, the Samsung customer service useless. Manual not says clearly how can be connected to the wifi.. after called 3 times them, still nobody could says that need to press the " smart Control "for 6 seconds and there is the Wifi ON/OFF options.. That's all why my dryer did not connected to the wifi, but nobody could help.. I had to manage for myself..to find it out how things work. Also ao did not offer straight replacement ( was purchased 3 days ago, so they should , if its in 28 days happened, and the device faulty/ does not work well). Even when I talked 3 times with the manufacture company... They just always came up with the " need to talk with the samsung customer service". In the end, the device not faulty, but if I dont spend hours to find it out the problem's solution, what will I do?! Lucky I could sort it for myself.

This was the machine with all the best reviews so took the plunge despite the expense. Biggest disappointment is that it makes all my old appliances look very shoddy in comparison. It looks great, loads of functions and accessories. Took some fettling to get the pipe plumbed into the sink waste as it’s narrower than washing machine and overflow pipes but done and out of sight. Had to write a step by step for the missus but it seems to function exactly as advertised. Quiet, efficient and much quicker than the advertised cycles for a sub 6kg load (automatically stops when dry). Wireless connectivity fairly useless but it does alert to my phone when the door’s left open.

Excellent, super quiet, loads of programmes however the WiFi connection doesn't turn your washer on to start whist your out, you can set up a programme but then have to turn it on so what's the point!? (it turns itself off after 5min if you leave it on)

Excellent product but a high price

Samsung Appliances doesn’t disappoint me! Easy to use and very reliable.

Machine arrived in Danish and Samsung were pretty much useless helping me change it to English. Ending up learning some Danish myself to sort it out but once that was sorted it was fine. Links seamless with all my other Samsung products using Smart Things. Can keep tabs on a cycle while I'm out or elsewhere in the house etc. and notifying me on my TV when the washing is done is a cool little feature. Awesome!

This is a very new product from Samsung. I had to return the first machine as the language was stuck in German and no amount of trouble shooting options resolved it. The replacement machine although initially in German was resolved by contacting technical support. It runs quietly and the different options for drying are incredible. I especially like the hygiene function during these difficult times with covid. The sensors for adjusting the drying times are great as it saves on energy consumption. I would have given it 5 stars but the problems changing the language and not having all of the user manual in the packaging means going online and downloading it. The wide opening door and internal light make loading and unloading much easier. All in all it is a very good, well built machine.

Although this tumble dryer is considerably more expensive than conventional tumble dryers, I believe I will recover this amount in reduced energy consumption over the lifetime of the new machine. In the few times we have used it, it dries clothes quicker than the quoted programme times, and looking at my smart meter, the running costs do look significantly lower than my old unit. Plenty of different programmes to choose from, and even I, a 72 year old male, find it simple to operate. On receipt of the machine, I reversed the door, and connected the waste directly to the drain from the kitchen sink. Very simple. Service from AO, was as usual: excellent!
