Really Expensive! But is it worth it? Ease of Use and Functions 5 Stars Really simple, strong design, lights up inside the drum, can be plumbed in to the waste water pipe or you can use the tank at the top and empty in to a plant pot. Has WiFi capability that links so a Samsung washing machine with smarthub. Generally a fantastic put on and forget machine where even my extremely expensive dont put in a dryer clothes and jackets come out soft and fluffy. Then after empty the filter which is really easy to do. Sturdiness. 5 stars. Just seems like they didn’t skimp and everything is value for money. Loudness. Very very quite, even more so in a laundry cupboard. Would I buy again. Hmm this is a tough one, I had a standard dryer from zanussi that lasted 10 years and it was a bit of an expense to run but it worked. The only reason I got this dryer was for my expensive shirts that I have to hang in the garden or around the house which annoyed me. If you have 700 pounds of cash itching your palms then buy it but as someone that splashes money around a fair bit.. I feel it’s me being lazy. If you have a family of moors than 3. You will see the value. If you’re a guy that’s just being lazy you will see the value but everyone else. Get the standard version without WiFi.. you’re not going to miss anything.

OMG what can I say about this Heat Pump Dryer. It is brilliant, best thing ever. What I noticed it the Smart Meter dial has not move into the red, so it is definately saving me money. The performance of the machine is perfect. The only thing is I wish it was black instead of dark grey.

Outstanding machine.. was a bit nervous about buying a machine that had the heat pump as I’ve heard a lot of bad things but after taking the chance and buying the Samsung machine we was over the moon with its performance.. the machine looks slick and really does perform well. Another bonus which we never even realised until we received it is that it has a waste water pipe so can be connected up to the waste drain instead of having to empty the water every time you use the machine.. would definitely recommend in a heartbeat

At the moment its good. Quiet, big, does the job. However the smartthings app, not the best.. lots time need to reinstall ,as does not work properly..Also can not switch on the dryer with it..so does not really make sense to have it.. Be aware, the Samsung customer service useless. Manual not says clearly how can be connected to the wifi.. after called 3 times them, still nobody could says that need to press the " smart Control "for 6 seconds and there is the Wifi ON/OFF options.. That's all why my dryer did not connected to the wifi, but nobody could help.. I had to manage for myself..to find it out how things work. Also ao did not offer straight replacement ( was purchased 3 days ago, so they should , if its in 28 days happened, and the device faulty/ does not work well). Even when I talked 3 times with the manufacture company... They just always came up with the " need to talk with the samsung customer service". In the end, the device not faulty, but if I dont spend hours to find it out the problem's solution, what will I do?! Lucky I could sort it for myself.

Amazing tumble dryer. Drys clothes very quickly lots of additional helpful features like a light inside the drum and can control with my phone.

its an amazing dryer! very quiet and very efficient, and really looks after your clothing. I love that it reminds you to clean the filter too.

The payback on this will be quick, we try and use it during the day as we have solar panels and it can cost less than 10p to do a cycle. Very energy saving. It was super simple to install and doesn't need plumbing in or venting like a traditional dryer, although you have the option to put a drain connection if it is convenient, but not necessary. The dryer itself has great, simple to use functions and is the quietest dryer I have every had. Can't recommend enough!

Very good quality dryer, very quiet operation, the end of cycle music can be annoying though. I don't think the "wifi connected" is of much use, it just notifies you of programme end. But overall a great machine.
