I love this tumble dryer! Towels come out super fluffy, bedding feels softer than ever too. It's not very loud at all, it's easy to use and I like the way it looks. Easy to install. Haven't found anything I dislike.

Was very sceptical about heat pump tumble dryers but it works great!

Do not but this USELESS, I have now had this 3 months it takes far too long to dry clothes, I have been advised, by AO to turn the room temperature up to help speed up drying.. a clothes line would have been better, at least then the bed linen would not be wrapped into a ball and be dry in under 6 hours (king size Duvet by itself takes 4.5Hrs plus) and even 5kg of shirts takes 3 hours

Takes longer to dry than a traditional dryer but does it well with no residual dampness providing you don’t overfill the dryer. Jury out cost savings wise as I’ve not owned it long enough.

Quiet, sleek design, just right amount of programs and I love the app

Really great dryer! Uses such a small amount of energy around 1kw for a large load of heavy towels that takes around 3 hours to dry. Clothes come out smelling fresh. Connects to the Samsung app and to a matching Samsung washing machine to sync the programmes. The dual filter is really good and easy to clean. Also really quiet. Specs says it don’t reverse but it does I’ve watched it do it.
