Great tumble drier , takes longer to dry but cheaper to run

Very quiet...Clothes do come out softer and less creased....Only negative so far is it does take longer than the old conventional dryers, so if you like knocking all the washing out in one day like me, you have to plan it a bit better......Like the interaction within the home hub and the phone app...Because it is quiet you don't know if its on or finished being in the laundry room.....Definitely cheaper to run as I watched it on the smart meter...so I guess once you paid out the initial higher cost, you start saving on your electricity bill straight away....Probably not so much now as electric has gone up. Like it so far. Would recommend.

Good dryer, good range programs (ones tried thus far seem to perform well), delivered when stated, with a minimum of fuss and most importantly, higher power (who's never had a tumble dryer before) pleased so winner all round.

Very energy efficient, quiet and easy to use. It has good amount of drying programs (really no need for anything else) and has additional shelf for drying sneakers/delicates clothes like wool. There is only one annoying thing - sound it make at the end of drying but it can be switched off, just use Samsung app for notification.

Really like this machine. Very quiet, modern technology and washes well. Like the add wash feature when you forget to load a sock etc. Great electronic display and overall feels very modern and up to date. Hopefully it will last a good number of years.

This is a fantastic tumble dryer. Works just as well as (if not better than) our previous dryer but using a fraction of the power. And the whole utility room doesn't now turn into a Sauna! The controls are easy to learn and I was able to turn the door around in a few minutes. It's quiet too - we used to have to close the door when the previous tumble dryer was operating. Well worth the money - would definitely recommend.

Easy to use, intuitive program selection. Doesn’t always dry thoroughly on all programs. I am finding it’s better to use a timed drying cycle rather than rely on the preset program for some items, particularly bedding.

Looks good and dries the washing using less electricity than our last tumble dryer. It usually takes around 2 hours for a load. No problems understanding how to run it or with app connection. We have no regrets about changing to a heat pump dryer.
