We’re obsessed with this dryer, we’ve always bought cheap and replaced a few years later. It’s a dryer who cares? Totally wrong. This thing is crazy, it lights up, it sings, it talks to me though the echo, it sends me messages to my tv. My wife has told everyone she knows about it, all it’s features, how well it drys, how quiet it is. We love it.

Quicker than our previous tumble dryer and much more silent. But seems to continue even when the clothes are dry, is there no sensor?

We’ve upgraded from a 10 year old vented tumble dryer and have been thoroughly impressed over the past two weeks with this new heat pump dryer. Very easy to install - plug it in and slide it into the hole. Took a minute to connect to Wi-Fi, not necessary but means we now get a notification when the cycle completes. We’ve made use of a number of the different programmes, all have worked well. Only thing we do is select ‘3’ for the dryness setting to get things as dry as we’re used to in the old dryer. It is a more expensive outlay initially compared to condenser or vented dryers, but early signs are that it’ll pay for itself in 18-24 months given how much we use it. Would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to replace an older unit.

The dryer is very quiet & very economical. According to my smart meter it uses less than half the electricity of my old dryer per load which is most welcome at the moment. Took a while to get use to as your laundry does not come out as warm but still dry & soft. Lots of settings available & it remembers the settings you use most which is great.

really happy with this dryer. it is not noisy, it can take a huge load and its very cheap to run. i often set it to run overnight on the cheapest tariff to make it even cheaper.

My new Samsung dryer is a great choice. Not only energy efficient, but also an efficient dryer. Finally, a dryer that can dry my towels and heavy cottons.

Easy to use. Very quiet and does the job - clothes come out ready to iron or put away. As it’s a heat pump dryer the programmes take longer than condenser dryers but the efficiency cost savings are worth it.

Fantastic product, better than expected. Super quiet, clothes come out relatively unwrinkled, so less ironing and shocked at how much water used to be pumped into the room from the old dryer. Definately worth moving to a heat pump system rather than traditional dryers. Also the smart tech helps keep it energy and timing efficient. Worth the investment.
