Product seems good so far - runs quietly, appears high tec. However, water needs to be emptied often and dryer is not drying clothes as quickly as we thought - seems to take hours as air is not as hot as it could be perhaps, given it is energy-efficient.

This is a really great dryer, reasonably quick to dry for a heatpump model, very economical to run and very quiet during operation. Clothes come out dry, towels soft and fluffy, great! So why only 4 stars? Well, like the vast majority of tumble dryers these days there is no reverse tumble action which means you are constantly stopping the machine, opening the door and untangling your bedding from the tight ball it has rolled itself into. The really infuriating part is that when you first switch on the machine tumbles first one way, then the other, for about 2 minutes or so, then reverts to rotating in one direction for the entirety of the cycle. Obviously this dryer has the capability to reverse the drum action, so why not throughout the bedding cycle - after all, why have a cycle dedicated to bedding if it operates no differently from a standard whites/cottons cycle? The only negative on an otherwise super bit of kit (and it looks good too!)

Good so far. Only used it 4 times since getting it. 1 time it wasn't dry when it had finished but I put that down to it being bedding and sheets, and getting all tangled up in a ball. Good delivery from AO and cheapest I found for the product when you factor in delivery and disposal of old appliance.

Great dryer quick and works well. Much more cost effective than a regular dryer

Only four stars because We have not tried it yet the weather has been too hot but it looks beautiful and the display looks great , can't wait to try it , AO delivery was perfect

Well designed. Very efficient. Will cover the cost of the increased price compared to my old vented one over its lifetime. Dries well, with a set of bedding and towels extracting nearly two litres into its water tank; and that was after a 1400 spin in the washing machine. Wifi connectivity works well, although demands a login at Samsung. I currently block a lot of Samsung servers due to ads on my TV, so getting this all working took a little effort. Like the light inside and the double mesh filter. Pretty quiet. Takes a few hours to dry but no worse than my old dryer. Personally I think it’s a quantum leap in energy saving.

All in all this is a good dryer. Was a touch expensive but I'd say it is worth it and is the quality I would expect from Samsung. The only thing is that the standard program is quite long 3 hours but I guess that could be me not setting it up right or the energy efficiency.

So far so good. Only used it a couple of times and it’s worked fine.I have fluffy towels in my life now. Why wouldn’t you be happy with that. Only downside is if you want to use the app. I downloaded it but eventually gave up as it just wouldn’t work. Having said that, I’m not sure that it really detracts from the fundamental purpose.
