Well designed. Very efficient. Will cover the cost of the increased price compared to my old vented one over its lifetime. Dries well, with a set of bedding and towels extracting nearly two litres into its water tank; and that was after a 1400 spin in the washing machine. Wifi connectivity works well, although demands a login at Samsung. I currently block a lot of Samsung servers due to ads on my TV, so getting this all working took a little effort. Like the light inside and the double mesh filter. Pretty quiet. Takes a few hours to dry but no worse than my old dryer. Personally I think it’s a quantum leap in energy saving.

Its great, does exactly what it says on the tin - not tried the wifi/smart bit yet.

This is a fantastic machine. Expensive but worth the money. My only gripe is I didn’t get a user manual with the machine. And you definitely need one to work out the programmes and navigate through it all. I went on to the Samsung website and they wanted to charge me for a manual. Wouldn’t you think with such an expensive machine a user manual would be free. Well for any machine you should get a user manual. Otherwise apart from that a fantastic machine ( once I work out the programmes then its worth 6 stars )

This is our second Samsung heat pump tumble dryer, The first one gave us about 6 years of very hard service as you would expect with a family of six. The new dryer does not disappoint, the dryer capacity and ease of use is great, not sure of the economy yet but our previous dryer of a similar model and rating was pretty good. there are plenty of settings to cover all materials and drying needs. Highly recommended.

Much quieter than my old style condenser tumble dryer. Solid with very little vibration it feels substantial. The machine checks the condition of the load as it progresses and reduces the drying time accordingly. The high level water collection tray makes it easy to empty. A great upgrade from an old style machine.
