You pay more but you get what you pay for. This is the most solid machine I have ever had and quite.

A great, user friendly dryer let down by the faff of connecting to our wi-fi. It only connects to 2.4g and we learnt online that it doesn’t like long passwords apparently! Fortunately we are pretty tech savvy and managed to sort connection to our Sky router without impacting on our other connected devices; TV’s, tablets, phones etc. Overall would recommend.

Seems to work OK, although a bit louder than I had expected. Easy to install, although swapping the door over was a bit of a faff (there's three screwed hidden under the door window rubber).

Extremely easy transaction, found the dryer cheaper online so called AO.com who very quickly price matched, dyer is much quieter than my last and drys very well, also let’s you know when it’s finished with a nice little tune!

Good looking machine, easy to use and very efficient….made me realise how bad my old machine was! Was a bit alarmed when the drying cycle for bed linen seemed to be 3 hrs, but the machine monitors the load and then adjusts telling you via the smart app (love this geeky feature!)…you find it’s usually done in an hour. The lint filter is soooo much better than my old machine. They give you a handy brush to clean the filter which is so efficient you do need to clean it on each cycle, but easy to do. You get dual filters (one inside the other) which traps & contains everything. Excellent range of programme options, quiet and being a heat pump ( my old one was a condenser) doesn’t give off loads of heat into the room it’s sitting in. I’m finding items are coming out pretty crease free which is great and not overly ’hot’ . What’s not to like? Delivery & fitting by AO team fantastic as usual….arrived when they said, cheerful, helpful and very efficient. Delivered /fitted 4 large appliances with care & attention despite the pouring rain!

Loved this drier until it developed a fault after only 2 months. My last drier lasted over 10 years without an issue. So disappointed as the reviews were great and it’s an expensive drier. Now back to hanging my clothes around the house until I can get an engineer out!
