Really like this dryer. Dries well with minimal creasing, fluffs towels up nicely, and quite quiet. A double filter too which means less rubbish going through the system. Wish the instructions were a bit more detailed though, as I can’t work out all the functions yet. Plays a tune when it’s finished drying. That could get old.

appliance looks great and energy rating is great - the flipside of that is it takes e.g., 3 hours for a cycle to go through. not normally an issue. am sure there's an emergency high-energy setting if you need to dry something quickly - just need to go through the manual!

The Samsung Heat Pump dryer was purchased to replace a very old vented tumble dryer. So far it has performed well to dry my washing. It looks very smart, the filter is very easy to clean and the programmes on the dryer are easy to understand. I haven’t used the smart feature as I am retired and am not far from the dryer when it plays the tune when the drying cycle is complete. It is too soon to comment on the energy savings, but it does dry very quickly. The water container is easy to empty.

We love it! So much quieter than out old one. Large drum. The reversible door meant it fit well in our room. We paired it easily on WiFi and the washer now let's the dryer know what's coming snouts set-up ready for ease even my husband who is hard to please rates this one.

I’m very pleased with the tumble drier so far but getting used to the digital controls is taking a bit longer. My machine evens says “hello” on the screen and plays a tune when the cycle is finished ??. Can’t fault the service we got from AO from ordering our new machine online to delivery 4 days later.

Fantastic tumble dryer- well worth the money! Goes amazing with my other samsung washing machine. Can link it samsung smarthings and It will tell you when it is finished and is amazing! Yes it is pricey but you get what you pay for and is well worth the money we paid
