It’s efficient, but the sensor drier system isn’t as sensitive as it could be: BOSCH system is more effective. Desperately needs to have reverse rotation system, particularly for drying bedding….. it all rolls together into a ball - double duvet in drier without anything else and then the middle of the huddle doesn’t dry!!!!

This is the second dryer we have had the first one had a fault with the heat pump after just a month! Samsung wouldn't replace the machine only repair it there was no way I wanted a repaired machine costing nearly £700 .AO we're fantastic they said they would replace the machine free of charge I really can't fault AO. Samsung are a dreadful company to deal with I should have learnt from previous dealings with Samsung and bought from a different company. Save yourself some grief and buy a different brand.

Really good would recommend

This is a great product and although expensive, is good value if you factor in the warranty. The Samsung dryer works really well and is one of the most energy efficiency models available. As it's a heat pump dryer it doesn't require a vent so is really easy to install. With a 10year warranty on the motor and 5year warranty on parts and labour - it's worth paying a bit extra.

Fantastic tumble dryer. You can tell that Samsung have brought their phone design knowledge into their appliance design. It looks amazing in my kitchen and is really easy to use with a range of programmes that match what you need i.e. ‘towels’ or ‘bedding’ I have a matching washing machine and both a linked to a really useful app on my phone which lets me set the programme and tells me when it’s done. I read really bad reviews about heat pump tumble dryers in general when I was researching but this one has no problems and dries clothes perfectly. It also has the option to either collect water for emptying or you can link it to the waste pipe so you don’t have the faff of emptying the container every time. Absolutely love it and such a step up from my previous 10yr old machine. Totally recommend.

Very quiet and very easy to use.

Super easy to set up and really useful WiFi connectivity. It even lets you know if the tumble dryer door has been left open! Lots of different settings which is great too. 8kg capacity fits plenty of clothes.

The tumble dryer is a great cool in person and closely matches the pictures. I've only used it a couple of times, but it was easy to set up and drys well. However, be prepared to wait a little longer compared to conventional tumble dryers.
