I was a bit worried about going for a heat pump dryer. Am I pleased I did it! These don’t take much energy at all. I have been able to tumble dry everything without any shrinkage at all. No more sorting through washing to leave out the items that would shrink in a normal dryer. The fluff filter is so easy to access and keep clean. They even supply a brush for it. Nice quiet machine and does the job 100%. I have connected it to my phone which is great as I can keep an eye on the cycle time and it even lets me know when it’s finished. Well done Samsung.

Excellent product works great and drys the clothes very gently, you can still smell the fabric conditioner , very quite as well , has a great little LED inside so you can see if everything is out . brilliant.

Fantastic dryer! Very easy to use with a clear display and simple functions. It dries very well unlike some other cheaper dryers I have had in the past which have ended a cycle with the clothes still damp. I hadn't realised it had wifi connectivity when I bought it and it certainly wouldn't have affected my purchase one way or the other, but it is quite nice to get an alert when the dryer has finish. It means I can go straight to it to get the clothes out rather than forgetting about it, leaving everything in it for the next five hours and having to deal with very creased clothes!

We love this. Best investment we've made especially with a baby on the way. Time and space saver.

… Lindt chocolate! We really are enjoying drying clothes with this tumble. We don’t have it hooked up to drain water so you have to pull out the water draw and empty between washes but this is no bother. It dries really quickly, and clothes smell gorgeous too. It’s as quiet as a tumble is. We have it in the utility room so we don’t really hear it. Better than having clothes on a rack for 4 days in winter drying slowly! In summer we hang out clothes in the garden so this is great for 6 months of the year. As some users have said, it does play a fancy tune at the end but we quite enjoy it!

Fantastic tumble dryer. Quiet and economical and with the benefit of a drainage hose to save having to empty a water tank.

Only had this dryer for a short time, a week or so. I like the look of it and the colour and it fits the space well and does not protrude out as much from the wall as I thought it might. My first impressions on use are that the control symbols are not that easy to see against a dark grey background and the door does not shut with a definite click which makes me shut it and then shut it again to make sure it's properly closed! I have used it only a few times so far as I am trying to use tumble drying as little as possible in any case but it seems to dry efficiently, is very quiet and laundry comes out feeling soft and not too creased but I haven't tried out many programs yet. I am hoping that over time I will use the diffeent programs and figure out my optimal use with it and this winter will be the test, it will be interesting to see if its reduced energy impact lives up to its promise and how it will affect my electricity bill.
