Great machine, we can barely hear it when it's on and it sends you a notification when it's done. It also changes the duration of the cycle if things dry early so good energy saver as well. Also looks good as far as a tumble dryer goes!

Excellent product, really surprised on how quite the machine is whilst in operation. Quick and simple to setup wireless function is a great touch 1st heat pump machine I’ve used, very gentle on your clothes compared to most dryers where you tend to lose colour

First heat pump dryer i’ve had and i’m very impressed. It is pretty quiet compared to normal dryers and gets the clothes dry in one cycle unlike my old condenser dryer.

Brilliant product Purchased to replace an old White Knight tumble dryer. Technology has moved on a long way! This Samsung is incredibly efficient, it has a light inside it and it even switches off automatically once the load is dry. We are very impressed

A great machine. The last time we bought a washer was around a decade ago and boy, have things improved. My favourite feature isn't the tune it plays on completion (!) but the fact it senses the actual weight of each wash before beginning, often dramatically cutting down on time and energy usage.

Early days but seems to dry fairly quickly for a heat pump dryer. Only four stars as it is a little noisier than I would have hoped.
