Already making a huge impact! It’s working like a dream and incredibly quiet too. It also doesn’t need the same level of ventilation in our utility room so condensation is much better.

Very quit drying good very good on electric loads of setting 8kg drum witch is big enough for a family sensor dry so over all I would recommend this dryer me daughter has one now I have one also matching washer won’t a good dryer bye Samsung the best by far .

Had for a few weeks now. It has a good range of programmes to suit, decent spin speed and the "AI" wash cycle changes how it washes based on measuring the waste water...so far I'm impressed. Also the ability to add that dropped sock after you've started the load is very useful.

What an excellent product, energy efficient, quiet and leaves clothes so fluffy

I was very nervous with the high cost of electric but I needn't have worried as this really is energy efficient. It takes a lot longer than my previous dryer but I usually have it on when I go to bad so time isn't a factor and the machine is very quiet.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a heat pump dryer, but now I'm an absolute convert. The dryer works at lower temperature so you get really fluffy clothes. And it runs at a third of the cost of my previous dryer. It was a little bit more expensive than a conventional dryer, but I reckon it will have paid back and much more within about six months.

Great quality dryer. Perfect size for a busy family of four. Very quiet & easy to operate.
