Considering the high end price, established brand, solid build and immaculate quality, the trays do not come with handles. Why?

This is an absolutely beautiful oven, but a complete nightmare to install. SMEG advise this oven MUST be installed into an oven housing, this is not true. They supply brackets so I can be secured to the sides of the cabinets either side. The back box is also VERY high, so high there is very little ventilation space, and it is impossible to install a deep induction over it as a result of this.

This is a marvelous oven. Huge capacity for a double built under and looks terrific. A bit difficult for my fitter to fit in but it does fit in a standard cabinet with a hob over. It is very quiet and so far cooks very well. The only downsides are it is really not necessary to have 2 grills and grill trays and it could do with more oven rack slots and racks. (Probably designed by a man who doesn't cook much). On the whole I am very pleased with it.

Smart oven, with great lighting. I would say the only issue is working the alarm, but once I had a good read of the instructions, it was fairly easy to do.

We kept on going back to this particular product whilst researching a new oven. So glad we purchased it. Solidly built with large double ovens. Heats up quickly plus it's efficient.
