Cooker itself seems fine (after 1 days use), but the one I was supplied was in very poor condition - missing half the screws that are supposed to secure the casing, and the top of the casing was bent out of shape. Fortunately I was able to rectify this by reusing screws from my old broken cooker, but it's really not what I would expect from a £800+ oven. Also, it's not clear from the item description (either on AO or the Smeg website), but the accessories supplied are disappointing - no handle for the grill tray, and only 2 oven shelves (i.e. one for top oven and one for lower oven) - that's not enough! And again, not what I would expect from a 'high-end' oven.

Good looking oven, performs well. Disappointed that the upper oven light failed within a day, thankfully it doesn’t affect the performance of the oven, although I did expect everything to work after paying so much for an oven.

I found the required temperature preheat was very quick. Food is cooked evenly. The oven is built for reliability to a high standard. Looks modern in its finish. As a avid cook it wil get a lot of use but already has surpassed my expectations. Best pork crackling ever achieved.

Great looking oven, nice addition to new kitchen, complements others appliances, well deserving a 4 star rating.

Really like the look of this oven as it has a slight mirror effect, interior lights are great to see food whilst cooking, so far easy to clean, the only improvement I would like is to have soft close doors as you have to really hold them tightly so that they don’t slam shut. Been using it for 2 weeks now.

I picked the cooker a had a smaller top oven and bigger bottom one. The last cooker I had I couldn’t cook a big roast in the bigger oven as was to small. It’s much better for this now. Only us the grill in the top space. .

Fab looking just blends into the kitchen without standing out too much, cooks well very happy so far!

My previous built under double oven was on the small side, so this model which has a larger main oven, which is ideal. I can fit my casserole pots in, plus the lids without fiddling around. Both ovens have grills which is very handy. There are only 2 shelves in all but both ovens have grills pans. There are plenty of functions and I find the eco function genius. It takes a little bit longer to come up to temperature and the light only functions when you open the oven.
