Lovely size and style, fits well in the kitchen and the installation and removal of the old one was great!

An excellent free standing double oven. delivered as described, with plenty of updates and tracking to allow me to do other things whilst waiting for the oven to arrive. Delivered into kitchen. I've been using it for nearly a week now and the only negative I can think of is the instructions are pretty awful. the oven and grill work great!

Good product for the price, easy to use, looks good, & easy to install

Not happy with this product at all. Previously owned a very similar Hotpoint cooker which was brilliant so went for a like for like thinking it would be great - wrong!! The cooker and grill are only energy efficient because they turn on and off whilst cooking. I had an engineer come out thinking it was faulty as food always needed to cook for a lot longer than it should - chips are soggy not crispy, cakes do not rise properly, chicken comes out raw inside if only cooked for the stated cooking time. The energy rating is based on how much electricity it uses with a certain time frame so gives a false reading because the cooker needs to be on longer. If using the grill for cooking sausages or chops be prepared to cook for a long time as this too cuts off to "save energy" so cooking stops while this is happening.

Love the oven, its easy to use and cooks really evenly so far. The delivery and installation guys are a credit to you, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

Good product. Turned up on time. Was informed of delivery slots and could even track the parcel live online as it got close to delivery time which was handy. Overall I like this product. Easy to use double oven and grill. Controls are easy to read and use. Oven looks good in steel finish. Oven itself has matched expectations through heavy use over Christmas. Main oven handled a large turkey and cooked well all around (my old oven would have struggled). Top oven is a little short in height for my liking, but that is my only gripe.

Delivery was efficient and good customer service. The oven looks great works really well and easy yo use. Installation tricky due to this appliance having a different shaped back but my resourceful husband managed to fit it in after some ingenious thought!
