I'm sure that this is a great product, unfortunately the one I received wasn't in full working order. After installation we tried it and the lights didn't work. Very disappointed and even more disappointed with the response from AO Customer Services. Spent over 45 mins on the phone to three different departments then had to ring back the next morning to the service department. Still waiting for a service engineer to arrive 1 week later to repair a brand new product!

Delivery process was very smooth. The cooker hood is good quality and appearance, complements the kitchen perfectly. The performance is great and quiet as well.

Very straight forward to Install via the Installer I had through my own back.Very good extraction of cooking fumes, even when cooking with strong Ingredients.Overal a great product and happy with my purchase.

It was easy to install, had to buy, at screwfix, extra bits so it could recirculate the air. Efficient extraction but a little noisy.

The hood was really easy to fit and came with clear installation instructions. It looks great and works so much better than my previous cooker hood.

But looks great and fan very powerful. When on full can be rather noisy.

Looks good, but I had no instructions. Managed to get help form the internet, but had no measurements. Yet to really try it out but it is far better than the one I had.

This item does just what it is meant to and is very simple to use
