I titled my review "alright if you need a new oven" because it is just that. The build quality is quite poor, but not bad enough to warrant returning it. We needed a new oven desperately because our old one died, so we got this as a quick, cheap replacement. Our old oven was a Hotpoint as well, and it was MUCH better quality. For example, the oven knobs are very cheaply made, and don't line up properly with the off position on the main oven, the grill pan and handle are appalling quality, the pan is made of a very thin, low quality steel, and the handle is just made from the same wire that the oven racks are made from. We threw it straight in the bin and we're still using our old one, and for the first 5 uses, there was an AWFUL smell of burning coming from the top oven, which I think has passed now. Overall, if you're saving for an upgraded oven, save a little bit longer and get something better, if you're a landlord renovating a kitchen, it's fine, and if you need a new oven quickly, buying through AO especially is ideal because of their speedy delivery.

For the price seems to be an excellent product. Easy to use and easy to fit. Would recommend.

Looks good and works with ease

Excellent product. The manual instructions booklet is exceedingly poor. I would recommend downloading the online manual prior to installation and use. But as I said the product is excellent.

only marked down as product needed a minor repair less than a week after installation.

Decent no frills oven. Does the job perfectly well. Not quite as refined as a more expensive oven but gets the job done. The old oven just wasn't performing any more, leaving pizzas lukewarm in the middle, no trouble for this one.

Simple to use snd efficient

Easy to use and I’m familiar with hotpoint. I didn’t like the fact I had to heat up the ovens then wipe them down 3 times to try and get rid of the choking toxic fumes which filled the kitchen and filtered into the house even with the window open.
