Best value for money i have ever had, delivered on time and installed by very competent people. Nothing was to much trouble for the installation team. highly recommend to friends and family.

Controls are easy to use. The heating is efficient on both ovens. There are no self cleaning liners but you cannot really expect them at this price. Good value for money for a very attractive oven.

Great oven, cooks evenly and consistently, very quite and easy to keep clean,and both ovens are a good size I am very impressed at the quality for the price paid. Overall a great purchase.

After reading other people’s reviews I opted for this model instead of a more expensive oven that my husband wanted and I couldn’t be happier. Looks great and has everything you in a oven for a family of four. Also has the approval of my husband !

Well built. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Only let down is the grill pan with the detachable handle - prefer fixed handle so will continue to use old grill pan.

I titled my review "alright if you need a new oven" because it is just that. The build quality is quite poor, but not bad enough to warrant returning it. We needed a new oven desperately because our old one died, so we got this as a quick, cheap replacement. Our old oven was a Hotpoint as well, and it was MUCH better quality. For example, the oven knobs are very cheaply made, and don't line up properly with the off position on the main oven, the grill pan and handle are appalling quality, the pan is made of a very thin, low quality steel, and the handle is just made from the same wire that the oven racks are made from. We threw it straight in the bin and we're still using our old one, and for the first 5 uses, there was an AWFUL smell of burning coming from the top oven, which I think has passed now. Overall, if you're saving for an upgraded oven, save a little bit longer and get something better, if you're a landlord renovating a kitchen, it's fine, and if you need a new oven quickly, buying through AO especially is ideal because of their speedy delivery.
