Virtually useless. Unable to purchase charcoal filters.

It does the job adequately. I picked it because I am strapped for space with a small kitchen. It is very good value and meets my needs although I don't cook that much and don't know yet how long it will last but last Neff extractor was still working after 13 years but didn't fit in the redesigned kitchen. Hopefully this will last just as long. Neff oven is replacing same as previous but with new slide and hide door. Taking a bit of getting used to but oven is great.

Replaced the old cooker hold and looks and works really well at the time of writing this review. So far so good

Does the job very well that's the plus. Down side it's a bit on the noisy.

Good product. Bad installation instructions. Overall happy with the product

Not the quality we'd expect from Neff and difficult to get the right sized carbon filters (which aren't included).

Excellent product well worth the cost
