Awkward, unattractive, heavy, and a big let down in terms of the quality and build you would expect with the name Neff on it.
Would not buy or recommend this mdel to anyone unless no other choice availabe.

Far better than the oven it replaces. Particularly like the double insulation on the front of the oven as it does make it far more thermally efficient than its predecessor. Fir and finish is first class.
