A good cooker hood. Not too loud compared to our last one! The only unfortunate thing was that the gap where it was to go was 59.9mm I discovered, and the unit really is 60mm, so I've had to shave some wood off the kitchen units to make it fit! But that's not the fault of Neff, it's my bad measuring.

Great product, price and delivery.

The product works well and fits snugly into the space designed for it. Fixing it in was possible with just myself, though the instructions were fairly confusing to decipher. It mentions on the product page that carbon filters aren't included, though it's pretty easy to miss (as I did) - the official supply of these from the manufacturer are really expensive compared to the more "universal" ones you get, though the fit will likely be better than what I managed with the cheaper filter type. This only matters if you're recirculating rather than extracting (a more expensive option due to the ducting required and the need to bore through your walls to outside.) Once all was said and done though, the product looks and sounds good, not too loud but sounds powerful enough.

A good upgrade on my old unit, filters can go in dishwasher which is very useful. Clear instructions for installation.

Exactly the same chassis (all the mounting holes are the same) as the one it replaced, a bit noisier than expected, but no worse than the old one, lights are replaceable standard led lamps so easy to swap if they do fail. best price found and fast delivery.

first class hood looking for someone to install its a service perhaps you could do

Ordering and delivery driver 5 stars. Templates for drills, quietness and efficiency very good. Only problem is very flimsy filters, after only couple of placements lug has broken. Does not interfee with running but don't think will last long. Espares in 6 months then.!!!.
