Replaced the old cooker hold and looks and works really well at the time of writing this review. So far so good

Does the job very well that's the plus. Down side it's a bit on the noisy.

Good product but the charcoal filters that have to be bought directly from Neff cost over £60! Had we known this we wouldn't have bought this hood. Therefore although a good product we are not totally happy...

Bought this for my new kitchen. It would have been helpful if a set of charcoal filters were included to get started. I wasn’t aware these were a requirement and have had to try and get them before I use the hood which is a pain when in the middle of getting the kitchen done and we are in a right upheavel.

Item was easy to fix to replace old Blanco hood. Construction a bit flimsy and fixing templates supplied were poor compared to actual holes required. This does the job and is not noisier than the last one. The charcoal filters( not supplied with the hood) are ridiculously expensive.

This was a replacement of an existing hood and I was anxious that it would fit the space and existing fittings. There were one or two small items I had to purchase in addition (an 120 / 100 adapter to fit our existing extraction hosework) but otherwise all went very well; I was able to fit it myself without bother. I was hoping it might be quieter that my existing one, but that wasn't the case unfortunately. I've also found the grease filters to be quite fiddly to re-fit after cleaning, but otherwise I am pleased with the purchase.

We purchased this model to replace an older Neff extractor fan. Installation was easy although the instructions were not accurate, they referred to items or schematics that did not exist. Once installed it operates a little louder than expected, certainly louder than the older model.

I used to have similar in my rented flat and i liked it. Forgot how noisy it is and its the only minus. Overall its a good extractor
