Very good product

The cooker hood arrived damaged like the previous Bosch one. I needed the cooker hood fitted, so the light attachment was super glued in place, and the damaged light cover was replaced with one I found on the internet. Upon closer examination of the box the hood appeared to have been previously opened and re sealed. This could have occurred at either Neff or AO who had received it back as damaged and sent it back out again. AO have covered the cost of the light cover and also gave me a reduction on this Hood as the previous Bosch one had to go back as faulty. My confidence in AO is badly dented. Two hoods received and both damaged. On the plus side they have been very sympathetic and tried to put things right. Cannot fault their customer service

Very competitive price for a good quality product. Delivered on time with a smile in perfect condition.

Seems good enough for what it is, but the metal filters won't be enough in recirculation mode and the cost of the carbon filters are very expensive. Lesson learnt, look at cost & availability of carbon filters before buying this product.

Bought this as it fitted the space exactly so made the swap easy. Definitely not as robust as the one it replaced which was 20 years old but a lot of appliances now seem to be like this. But it works well, can see to cook now as the lights are bright & the fan is fairly quiet. Bonus was it was on offer too so happy days!

A lot quieter than my last extractor

THE PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD JUST A BIT NOISY. The delivery was not on time. It did not arrive anywhere near the time specified. Needs a lot of improvement on delivery because people don’t have time to waste sitting around waiting for hours after the time schedule.

I purchased my Neff extractor as I knew what the appliance was as it was a straight forward replacement for a broken unit and fitted perfectly. It is quite and efficient when in use.
