The cooker hood arrived damaged like the previous Bosch one. I needed the cooker hood fitted, so the light attachment was super glued in place, and the damaged light cover was replaced with one I found on the internet. Upon closer examination of the box the hood appeared to have been previously opened and re sealed. This could have occurred at either Neff or AO who had received it back as damaged and sent it back out again. AO have covered the cost of the light cover and also gave me a reduction on this Hood as the previous Bosch one had to go back as faulty.
My confidence in AO is badly dented. Two hoods received and both damaged. On the plus side they have been very sympathetic and tried to put things right. Cannot fault their customer service
