The unit works ok as you would expect but the cost of the filters is a real rip off by Neff. Even if you try an alternative on line seller you will find that to replace the filters will cost at least £38 each time. Neff site sells at nearly £60. More than half the cost of the unit every 6 to 12 months depending on use.

Extraction good, however the material is very thin and at times flimsy.

This was a replacement of an existing hood and I was anxious that it would fit the space and existing fittings. There were one or two small items I had to purchase in addition (an 120 / 100 adapter to fit our existing extraction hosework) but otherwise all went very well; I was able to fit it myself without bother. I was hoping it might be quieter that my existing one, but that wasn't the case unfortunately. I've also found the grease filters to be quite fiddly to re-fit after cleaning, but otherwise I am pleased with the purchase.

Just what I needed for the size of my kitchen. It is a little noisy but does the job well.

this hob was bought for a student rental property and looks to be a well made simple hob, which looks smart and should be easy to look after.

I don’t find it that well made and the fan isn’t that powerful. The lights aren’t very good either. It’s fitted now and I’ll just have to put up with it.

Easy to install. Very powerful. Quite noisy. Lights aren't LED, so description requires amendment.
