    Good product

Delivery was spot on. The product is Neff so no worries there. Will use AO for my future purchases.

    Great product

Quieter than our previous chimney style cooker hood. Moves a good amount of air and seems to be better as removing the steam by how the pull out hood scoops up the air better. There is also the option to have the exhaust to the rear instead of the top so then you can have a cupboard above as we have. Overall very please with this product and hopefully will serve me for years to come.

    Neff extractor

    4/5
Good extractor , works well , easy to fit , the only slight downside is it’s a bit noisy , however I think this is a small price to pay for its effectiveness.

    Dissapointing Integrated Cooker Hood

    1/5
The cooker hood was a direct replacement for a faulty old unit, it was advertised as 599mm wide which is the correct size to fit between the existing wall units. The actual width on delivery was 601mm, hence did not fit in the gap. Also no carbon filters were included and when trying to purchase them, they cost £65 from Neff.

    Neff Coker Hood

We purchased this model to replace an older Neff extractor fan. Installation was easy although the instructions were not accurate, they referred to items or schematics that did not exist. Once installed it operates a little louder than expected, certainly louder than the older model.

    Very costly carbon filters

    1/5
The unit works ok as you would expect but the cost of the filters is a real rip off by Neff. Even if you try an alternative on line seller you will find that to replace the filters will cost at least £38 each time. Neff site sells at nearly £60. More than half the cost of the unit every 6 to 12 months depending on use.
