1st class service,
received replacement D51NAA1COB cooker hood.
( old one was over 20yearsold)
Tried it for fit, yes perfect, but problem ;...Clips have clicked into place , meaning I cannot remove it !!!
Any suggestions ??

Was looking for a extractor fan for our new kitchen that could be hidden in a cupboard and came across this one on A.O and read the reviews and did a price comparison also and A.O was the cheapest ..ordering was hassle free and also delivery was also hassle free and delivery men were lovely too ..definitely recommend
