Only had this a week and already it has proven its value. Handles a big load and gets the job done

Shame that it doesn’t have 1 program that is wash and dry together.

Great machine - I love the fact it can wash a huge load and is much quieter than my older machine too.

Sleek styling with chrome centre. Good looking machine. Excellent choice of programmes including the very useful 14 minute cycle and wonderful 1400rpm spin which is great for towels and bedding. Sadly I found the start button not especially responsive and have to press several times before the machine starts - but I'm sure I'll adapt ! Was hoping, because it's a newer model, that it would be quieter than it is, but this isn't really a problem. Overall, happy with my purchase, thank you.

Seems to be working fine but disapointed that there are only certain temperatures that you can set on a quicker wash. My old machine would do a 60 degree wash in 30 mins.

I really love this. At first there was some teething issues but I would expect that from never really using an appliance via an app. But it was quick and easy to install both appliance and app. I would definitely recommend this product as it stands

Do not buy this product if you wish to use the smart App (simply-fi) as it does not unlock the door when programs finish! Had unit replaced and had same problem so got a refund
