A Diabolical Load Of Rubbish...!! Tried every drying cycle that the machine does and the clothes come out damp or slightly damp... I done an experiment with clothes that I know where completely dry and out of the cupboard - Yes they came out damp at the end of the drying cycle...!! Full Refund Now Please...!! Avoid This Machine...!!

Guff. Managed one wash cycle and two drying cycles before machine started to make a noise. Had to abort second wash cycle when spinning as smell of burning rubber and smoke from machine. Having to wait eight days for a Candy engineer to assess.

Wishes fine. The "drying" makes clothes wetter than the wash setting?! I ran a wash cycle then a spin. Selected heat low and run it. 2 hrs later soaking wet. Tried again but with heat high, soaking wet. I even selected cupboard dry, soaking wet. When the dryer starts you can feel the heat but you can see water being added to the drum?!. The clothes are literally wetter than after a spin after 3 hours of wasted heat/energy. Not sure why water is being added to the drum on the drying setting. I have tried the app settings and settings on the machine itself. I have had this product 2 days and drying isnt working out the box. I Can't recommend this on my experience, I will be returning and going for a different brand.

Poor machine first wash broke down awaiting a replacement

Do not buy this product if you wish to use the smart App (simply-fi) as it does not unlock the door when programs finish! Had unit replaced and had same problem so got a refund

Nice large washer dryer but programmes are very long.

Product worked for a whole 2 mins ??

It worked once then had an E08 error that wouldn't clear so had to be returned and replaced. The app was also slow to respond and showed incorrect times on all of the cycles but this could have been linked to the fault as the replacement (Candy Rapido) was much more responsive.
