Excellent product, 5star service, would definitely use AO.com again

Door lock was broken on receiving the machine. This was quickly fixed without any hassle and now it works just fine.

It's OK dryer but watch out when you open door you get wet all over floor thats not good and it dips down the Fort of it but other to that is doing OK at mo I've not had it long through

This is great quality and value. I wanted a condenser dryer as I needed to put it in the bin store but didn’t want to leave the door open. I didn’t realise that I wouldn’t be able to operate the dryer in minus temperatures, but I still prefer the condenser option to the vented option. I was expecting to pay more, so was pleasantly surprised. The dryer has lots of different options (drying times, fabric types etc). It’s also a good size, nice and quiet and very straightforward to operate.
