AO we’re fine, but having spent time finding a tumble dryer with a right opening door I missed that the condenser water drawer was on the floor under the machine, good job there are younger people around I would have a job to empty the drawer from where it is especially when it is full of water! Poor design otherwise lovely machine. The dryer may be intended for stacking but this was not pointed out strongly enough in the ad if at all.

The smart function only works for Android phones which I was not made aware of so pointless getting it.

Smart feature means drying takes over twice as long as my previous dryer. Cannot communicate with iphone. Water container at bottom is awkward to remove for emptying. Fluff filter is very flimsy and difficult to open for emptying so not expected to last.

Really disappointed with this product. It’s necessary to remove the front of the dryer to access to water tank which is located in the most awkward place at the bottom. I bought this for an elderly relative and it’s useless as they can’t use it.

Really great! Highly recommend. Dries perfectly, not noisy, excellent value for money! Only one thing they lets it down is the water tank being at the bottom under the kick plate, however, I’m 28 so this isn’t an issue bending down there for me, anyone who struggles with their backs, knees or elderly… just a heads up!

Great product. Gets the job done well. Has a range of drying options to dry anything you have. Nothing lists the drying temps though, and it's a bit difficult to find a "low" temp settings from the multitude of programs. The dryer itself does an amazing job. The anti create option is perfect for shirts. It's quiet, efficient and will end the dry early if the humidity levels drop and no further drying is needed. The NFC app feature could be better though, the app doesn't even tell you the drying temps and it has multiple options labelled the same with no further description.

Took me a while to work out the settings as there are so many but I love the way the machine stops when the clothes are dry even though there's still time on the clock. Very energy efficient. Only thing I don't like is the bit you have to empty the water from is right at the bottom of the dryer...thank god I don't have a bad back :-)

It always makes bedding go into a tight ball, which needs to be released numerous times to get dry The water reservoir is on the base of the machine, which if you have stacked on another appliance would be great, but on the floor it is awkward. You have to open the front base panel to gain access which is stiff and I am not sure that the plastic hinge will last with it continually being opened to empty The fluff collector inside the door opening is stiff and awkward to open to empty Very disappointed
