    Thermocouples keep failing

Like the oven but the gas rings are a nightmare to light. We've had it repaired twice in a year and now that the one year warranty has expired, they won't touch it. Pretty poor as an oven shouldn't break every 3 or 4 months

Don't expect to use this range cooker with a 'slow cook' oven feature as a 'slow cooker''

    1/5
Bought this product with a 'slow cook' feature assuming you would able to use it for slow cooking and it seemed a good replacement for our old range cooker. The technical specifications that come with it describe the 4th cavity as a 'slow cooker' (pg 12 in the manual). However, there are absolutely NO instructions on how to use the 'slow cooker'. The page in the instructions that covers the 'slow cooker' oven ( top right hand oven - page 32) only gives instructions on how to use it as a conventional oven, with no reference whatsoever to the slow cooking feature or how you can use it. Calls to both the manufacturer and seller shed no light on how you are supposed to use it. However, both advise against leaving the oven on ''all day whilst you are at work'' despite cookers in the same series with EXACTLY the same technical specification (they share a manual) being advertised as 'being able to leave a casserole in all day whilst you are at work' Really disappointed. We chose this oven partly because we thought having a 'slow cooker' option was a good idea. However it turns out you can't use it like a slow cooker at all, and no option of getting our money back as apparently it wasn't mis-sold as it was ''only described as having a slow cook FEATURE'' rather than being able to be used to cook in like a slow cooker.

    Bit plastic for the cost

Looking at the review guidelines, I will provide an honest appraisal. Well after two attempts we have a Leisure (Beko) LPG compatible cooker in our property. I wouldn't recommend buying this product, it's just not over xxxx worth of quality. LPG kit has to come from the supplier once you take delivery - with a second class post and a rather slow dispatch, you are left with no facilities for over a week. (Rightly so AO couldn't fit in the current circumstances, but the bills from our fitter ramped up with every visit for the darn cooker (four visits).) Be Aware the appliance doesn't come with the kit (AO state that on their site), the agents don't seem to know this and AO doesn't not give guidance, even when asked how to source the kit for what is sold as LPG compatible. The first Leisure cooker was damaged, covering in chips, scrapes and other oily stains. The bracket for the shelving just fell off, the main oven fan sounded warped (think wooden spoon in a washing machine drum); they grill vibrated and so on. We couldn't use it as we need to wait for a Leisure (Beko) approved engineer - they visited and suggested a return notice be raised; that after they'd rescheduled by another few days. We were then advised by the delivery agent we needed to get the new, broken appliance to the kerb side or they wouldn't collect it. It's not the heaviest of appliances, but with broken bits it is awkward to try to move without doing more damage. AO then contact delivery agent to arrange the same squad who delivered the faulty appliance inside to attend. Eventually another one of these cookers arrived - then the wait for an LPG conversation kit. It took Leisure (Beko) five days to get it out - why not give AO or delivery agent a stock?!? It all reflects badly in the service from AO as they can't actually provide what we'd paid for. So more on the current appliance - cheap plastic controls, with a grinding motion to each. The oven takes ages to get to 170, and not much more after 30 minutes, should be 230degc. The oven doors are misaligned, so aesthetically it isn't great. The shelves are dangerous. They are not flat and drop down by 3-4cm, so oven trays shoot out the back or you can't actually retrieve the tray safely. The burners are adjustable, but a few still burn too hot - maybe a LPG thing, but doubt it. Leisure (Beko) are a challenge to get a hold of, so AO keeps getting the complaints. And each time they don't follow up it crushes the opinion of AO. As a Beko product, I am disappointed - it's cheap in appearance and use, also poorly constructed. It's not a high-end Beko product; avoid wasting your money. We are stuck with it as we can't go another six weeks without a cooker waiting for stuff to be sorted. AO and Beko beat us!!! Avoid!!!

To clean, it's not easy at all, as it gets stained straight away and it doesn't come off.

    Good value for money

This is a nice looking range cooker that works well. The burner options are great and having four ovens is useful, however the ovens are all a bit small. The range doesn’t come with legs so the two main ovens essentially open at floor level. On the whole a good option for the price.

Took a little getting used to as the fan oven runs a little cool - as in 180 deg fan should be the equivalent of 200 deg in a normal oven. We found that it needed 190 deg to cook in the stated time. Also, the griddle plate needs to be handled extremely carefully as it scratches the stainless steel top really easily.

Nice looking product, good service from AO

Fan oven takes a good while to warm up, much longer than previous range cooker but otherwise a nice piece of equipment
