    Cooker

    1/5
Failed on the first day, technician on his way to check it out. Worse for us as we are a charity serving free meals to the community so this has been very difficult :( customer services have been good though from AO, very quick to respond and help.

    Disappointing

    1/5
Considering it’s fan assisted it’s useless, everything is taking much longer than it should to cook in the oven. I hate this cooker, I’ve only had it a few months and regret buying it. Cakes take twice as long to bake So disappointed

Stylish, but induction hob is very noisy

    1/5
I absolutely love the look of this range cooker and the four ovens are great, however the noise made by the induction hobs is excessive. Our previous hob was induction and made a slight 'buzz' when it was on, so I was expecting a certain amount of noise, but the Cuisinemaster is much, much louder. This seems to be worse at lower temperatures, so if you want to leave a pan on to simmer then you can't really relax in the same room, which is not ideal in an open plan kitchen/diner! I've also found that some of my saucepans only work on the four outer rings and not the central ring. I'm really disappointed as I was very excited about this product (we had an electric Leisure range cooker in our last house which I loved), but we are now considering replacing it with another brand or just a standard electric range cooker.

Beware of induction hobs and residual current

    2/5
Cooker seems excellent but the induction hob, on two different cookers kept tripping the RCD in our home - we could only use it with no lights on in the house - cooking by torchlight looses the novelty very quickly. We had a professional electrician in to check our home electrics and all fine, however we discovered that induction hobs seem prone to causing residual current issues in houses where residual current is already moderate. So it had to go back and the Leisure version with a more basic hob is now working beautifully, after 7 weeks of frustration and stress

Not as good as I hoped

    3/5
The cooker looks stylish and the induction hob is easy to clean. However the hob controls are too close together so it's easy to make contact with other zones controls inadvertently. They're fiddly to operate even when you're able to keep on the chosen control. The left main oven door is not hung correctly and swings closed onto my arm when I'm using the oven. The right had main oven door is misaligned and has to be lifted to allow the door to engage in the lock. the upper left oven/grill rattles when turned on.

I have never used an induction oven before and it’s so easy and so quick to clean! I am converted

    Happy customer

    4/5
Looks good and really enjoying the induction job (once got the knack of controls). Only criticism is the the large main oven takes quite a while to heat up.

    Better than expected

    4/5
Quality and looks are better than the price would suggest in this type of cooker. 1 star off because the hob controls are confusing.
