I bought this freezer just under 2 years ago. I have a very limited space in my kitchen so I couldn't find any better brand which would fit the space I had. The fridge freezer is spacious but suddenly stopped working. I am very disappointed as I haven't expected that it is gonna last such a short time, fixing it will probably cost nearly half the price of the fridge freezer. I previously had Samsung American style which was working well for 15 years and probably still is but I bought a new house where my old fridge wouldn't fit so I left it behind. I just wanted to advise future customers to go for a different brand if possible or purchase the protection plan which they offer to you as the fridge freezer will possibly break after few years.

The installation was great, the guys very helpful, as always with AO. I really have liked the Beko brand, but the freezer does not freeze the top of the 4 sections, and it's not good enough. You have to turn the only thermostat in the fridge freezer up really high to get the top freezer box to freeze, but then dairy products in the fridge start freezing. It is useless. I am so very disappointed. Avoid like the plague.

This fridge is awful. The temperature varies wildly, and struggles to keep a temperature below 8 degrees. Condensation builds up constantly. It is very noisy, there is very little time that the compressor turns off.

I regret to choose this model. Drawers and other compartments are very flimsy. There's no much internal space, especially in the freezer part. It produces a lot of water of water inside.

Rubbish, ceased working after only 13 months. Apparently just out of warranty so all assistance from Beko and AO refused without extortionate charges. Strongly advise to find an alternate manufacturer and supplier

Makes the loudest buzzing noise… horrible and really small freezer drawers

Delivery was good and the guys were brilliant. However the product itself came with damage and when I called to ensure it was safe to use there was no mention of any discount on the product whatsoever.

This item arrived with a faulty thermostat. It ran almost constantly for a week on the warmest setting and frost formed in the fridge. I found that owing to the frost free technology the useable area of the freezer was too small, in fact smaller than my old fridge which was much shorter. I had it replaced with a Candy one which I hope will be faultless. I have no complaint about AO who were very helpful and efficient throughout.
