Honestly rubbish, heavy and awkward to use. To empty the hoover you have to pull out the dust/hair as it doesn't fall out like it should. Constantly getting wrapped hair around the brushes, even hard to open them to remove as it just gets stuck. The main head for the vacuum doesn't click on and its near off impossible to remove. Wouldn't recommend and regret buying it.

Spent ages looking in to hoovers, decided on this one and glad I did. Works perfectly on hard and carpet floor and picks up my long hair with no problem.

Heavy for a 70 year, brush on attachment for pet hair difficult to put back in. Not as powerful as I expected considering it's a series 5.

Delivery was great, but the hoover itself does not have suction which is disappointing due to the price of it!

Good - powerful suck and the battery lasts well - the light is a bonus on hard floors to make sure you see all the pet hair.

0 stars! I had to give 1 star to do a review but if I could give it 0 I would. Honestly avoid. It’s awful. Heavy and cumbersome. Awkward to use. The small pet tool is on a terrible angle which makes it impossible. Claims to be a pet vacuum but doesn’t pick up hair. Just churns it into little hairballs and ejects it out of the hoover straight back onto the carpet. I’m sure it must be faulty but no luck getting in touch with vax. They’ve ignored my enquiry. Next step will be to try AO. Wish I’d got a shark now.

Vax was faulty on arrival after several phone calls Vax agreed to accept as faulty , AOL were very helpful

Does a great job, cat hair collects so quickly, lightweight so I can use it around the house and up the stairs, easy to empty and charges nice and fast. Shame it only has 15 mins boost time but 45 regular time so still good to get it done daily. I’m 25 and this may be the best thing I’ve ever bought lol
