Cooker was delivered and had nothing but trouble since fans in the grill sound like a tractor! had to call for engineer who arrived without the correct part and still chasing Leisure for it to be fixed. certainly not what you expect from an expensive cooker! poor customer service. will be going back if this does not get resolved

I love my new cooker, only problem it is burning everything, have had the engineer out today and its the thermostat that is faulty, they are going to exchange it for a new one as they also sent the wrong piece for the top as well, not put me off though, cant wait for the new one to come, would have given more stars if it had not been faulty

    I love this oven!

My favourite oven I’ve ever owned! The job is fantastic with gas iron covers for each job and the oven cooks perfectly evenly regardless as to how many shelves you’re using. My only gripe is the dials. You can’t see exactly the temperature you need so unless you have an oven thermometer you have to wing it sometimes

Very good cooker - looks great in our kitchen

Only had it a week but already enjoying using this cooker. It's easy to use and looks really good in our kitchen. The only reason I haven't given five stars is because the gas oven is at the bottom of the appliance and therefore not great ergonomically.

I'm writing this review after about 4 weeks of use, and these are my comments: installation: it would be better if it were on wheels, to facilitate installation. Our kitchen has a vinyl floor, which had to be protected when sliding the cooker into place. The manual is very poor, and is often incorrect. We experienced poor customer service at Leisure customer services, in particular, when we asked questions about the oven's delay timer. The delay timer itself can be set to a programmed off-time, once the oven is in use, but it's not possible to do a delayed start, which is a feature of some previous models It's not possible to get a gentle simmer on the two medium-sized burners, so wasting gas and creating excessive steam (supposedly energy efficient?!) Doors don't line up with each other correctly. Grill isn't too powerful, and takes some time to toast bread I would prefer the wok burner to have a lower simmer power level (just supplying gas to one of the two concentric rings when set to minimum?) Otherwise, a good, value-for money cooker:-)

I bought this cooker last November and really got used to it almost immediately. All went well until the knob for one of the gas burners broke off. (I am not heavy handed) A.O. replaced it and I thought that was the end of it. Again, all went well until tonight nearly 6 months later, the same knob broke off as I finished cooking tne family meal. Soooooo disappointing!!!!!!! Apart from that (I thought a bit shoddy for the good Leisure name), the cooker performs well and there is ample room to do all my cooking for a family of 4. Hopefully when my replacement knob arrives, there will be no more problems with any more knobs.
