This cooker is only 14 months old and has developed a serious fault. The centre ring comes on when unattended and not switched on. Also the grill cannot be regulated it can only be operated on high. I've had to switch off at the mains and waiting for an engineer to call. It was just out of warranty and I've ended up having to take out an extended warranty to get it fixed. Not impressed. I've been told that the switches on this appliance are poor quality.

Cooker looks good but in the 3 years that we have had it we have had the elements changed in both ovens and the grill. We have just had to change the grill element again this week and now it is tripping the oven constantly. Very frustrating especially as leisure cook master don’t want to help as the cooker is now out of warranty. Timer is also awkward, if it is not set nothing will work which happens frequently.

Good product

I got this model about 21 months ago and generally we have been pleased with it. I cleaned the oven door this morning and notice don't that there was blistering on the paint work at the bottom of the door. It goes right across the bottom and when it falls off we will have a real rusty looking door which will take the look away from our new kitchen. The kitchen is brand new and sparkling so I feel annoyed at how the paint work has failed and clearly this is a product fault as ther is no contextual factors that would contribute to this. I did initially take the extended warranty but cancelled after 8 months. The warranty offered by leisure is only for one year. So this means spending another 800 approximately as well as the price of fitting.

Having done some research, I opted for leisure cook master range cooker. It looks sleek and fantastic in my new kitchen and so far has been easy to use. It was also very straightforward to order and I was kept up to date when it was due for delivery, everything was easy and I am satisfied with the whole process. 4 stars just because I haven't so far cooked using the hob and ovens all at once yet but the fan oven distributes heat better than my previous oven.

Overall it’s a stylish cooker, but the oven takes quite a while to heat up. Once hot it cooks evenly, and the ceramic hob is very good.

Good oven, cooked evenly if not a bit slowly. Looks great as well.

So far so good. I haven't used it a great deal because I don't want make it dirty. Ha!Ha! It is a replacement oven for what I thought was the same one ten years ago and which I used a great deal, however I now discover that the main oven is a little different as it doesn't have all the cooking options that the old one had. It is also fractionally wider, however, luckily, it did still fit in.
