If you had asked me this a few weeks ago i would have given this fridge freezer 5 stars however, for no apparent reason, it broke - right in the middle of the heatwave. However i think it was just one of those things and i was the unlucky one, Beko were excellent in trying to fix it and promptly offered me another when they couldn’t. Up to this point i really liked this fridge, freezer - especially the salad/vegetable drawer. So don't let my experience put you off getting this

This is probably the best fridge, and certainly freezer for capacity in its price range. unfortunately the previous one of the same model broke after 3 years so hoping for a better lifespan out of this one

I love the fridge freezer very spacious was ok price easy buying online as I have bought many times from AO only problem and deduction is because of delivery as I was given a time in the morning and it was delayed by 4 hours and I have to phone up agent was great just felt unacceptable I want informed by the driver what was happening as I’m disabled and having 4 weans and was moving house made a stressful situation worse they could have better communication apart from that everything with the fridge freezer is fine and working great only had this a week .??

The freezer has plenty of room which is good. Unfortunately the fridge let's it down . It needs an extra shelf and the wine rack is a waste of space. The shelves cannot be adjusted.

Good service, fast delivery by AO but fridge so so. The shelf on the door overhangs the bottom shelf in the fridge meaning you have to remember not to put anything there - I’ve put a tape across The fridge shelf to remind me. Also you can’t put the slightly taller wine bottles / soft drink bottles in the door. I had to change the handles, no instructions included but found on YouTube. Ok but one of the New holes for the screws Not properly Threaded and screw not tight meaning handle comes adrift. Currently fixed with tape.

Only had this fridge freezer about a month so early days but so far so good. Took a few days to get the temperature right - we had frozen salad! Plenty of room and looks good.

Really nice looking fridge and like the big veg drawer but dislike the door shelves it’s not tall enough for a 2lt bottle. Used as 2nd fridge so Would like to have controls so can turn of either fridge or freezer off but not the other.

This is a bit bigger than my old Beko which lasted 8 years. That's no bad thing. Seems to work well, and has an alarm for when you keep the fridge door open too long. I like the door handles which look well made. The Salad Drawer on the fridge is pretty large as well, but this means there is no place to put items in the bottom of the door - which is where I used to keep milk. It has a Harvest fresh feature which is supposed to keep your veg fresher for longer. I do think this is effective. The freezer part has big deep drawers as opposed to shelves - which is good as itmakes it easier to clean, but it is a bit awkward to put ice cube trays of water in as you need to pull the drawer out. Overall I am happy so far with this fridge freezer.
