Even with the fridge temp set at 1.5 vegetables in the Harvest Fresh drawer are freezing!

Good service, fast delivery by AO but fridge so so. The shelf on the door overhangs the bottom shelf in the fridge meaning you have to remember not to put anything there - I’ve put a tape across The fridge shelf to remind me. Also you can’t put the slightly taller wine bottles / soft drink bottles in the door. I had to change the handles, no instructions included but found on YouTube. Ok but one of the New holes for the screws Not properly Threaded and screw not tight meaning handle comes adrift. Currently fixed with tape.

Does what it says on the Tin. We have had it a few days now. The doors open nice and smoothly, and seal well. The draws are nice and big, easily fit everything we want. Good size for pockets. Apparently the coloured light is supposed to keep the veg happier by stimulating sunlight throughout the day. Which is supposed to preserve vitamins and minerals, and keep it fresher. I'm not sure how much of a difference this actually makes, would need to see test reports from manufacturer for further details. It would have been 5 stars, but we turned the door around and It was needlessly difficult... amongst the big wad of paper that came with it, there only seemed to be a single low res explosion diagram that indicated sort of how to do it. No written instructions, or step by step diagrams. The diagram provided was next to useless. Let's just say, it sort of made sense having already done it... but not much use before hand. For example an arrow going on a circle is supposed to represent unscrewing a small part from a bracket and screwing it in the other side of the same bracket. While the whole bracket is represented as a small rectangle and the small part is barely visible in the diagram. The other thing I didn't find very good was the blanking plates. Getting the existing ones of was difficult. Some didn't even have a notch to lift them out, which meant needless scratches trying to get a screwdriver to catch the edge. The small ones on the door I literally had to screw through, as just couldn't get them out. There were some replacements, but still, with a little more design those could have been reusable.

Good space in Fridge and plenty of space in the freezer drawers. The only drawback is the freezer drawers, when opening, hang loose giving the impressions of falling out. Other than that I am very happy with this product.

Excellent storage space and it's very quiet.

A sleek looking appliance. Runs quietly. After a week I realised I needed to adjust the thermostat as fruit was frozen in the salad drawer. Now seems to be working perfectly.

A very competitive price compared to others. Even though in stock one day, out of stock the next, by day 3 a.o. had this model back in stock again, so I snapped it up. I liked the reviews of this model, its measurements and capacity as I do not have the ability to have an American FF nor have a chest freezer, so size really did matter! Especially 50/50 and I like the door handles too. The additional height is very helpful, might as well go as tall as i can size I cannot go wider. Now we have it, it seems massive inside compare to my old one which is great! On the day of delivery the tracker service was particularly helpful to us as we did have to nip pit later that day, so tracking where in the queue we were to being able to see where the driver is before us was a very good feature! The two drivers were great thank you, no messing about, very helpful (I have a very narrow front door and hallway (oh er Mrs) so all packaging had to come off outside which was fun in gale force winds! Then down hall, drop step into kitchen with a ceiling height boundary made it fiddly but the guys didnt complain and just got on with it. A little natter through our covid masks and they were gone (taking my old FF and new packaging with them. Job well done, thank you. As FF’s go, it’s a nice looking “tall” FF, to us it feels like an American style....without the massive width. We like it, fancy lights for our fruit & veg to which we consume a lot and the gentle alarm to advise if the door is left open. Unable to adjust the door shelves, therefore it holds 4pint milk but not the height of a bottle of fizzy pop. Apart from that which is no big deal to us, we’d give it 9.5 out of 10.

Great whilst it lasted. Freezer has stopped working after 2 years. All our frozen food now wasted.
