The water dispenser came broken but the customer service was very quick to book and engineer and have it fixed. It has been working great since then.

absolutely love it … the best fridge freezer i’ve had in years … really spacious inside just fab all round

Nice and wide and not as deep as others. Advantage of this is being able to blend into kitchen, but disadvantage is that capacity is not very good. Shelves are far from ideal with lots of wasted space, again reducing usable capacity. I had to reverse doors, which was fairly easy but the fridge door does not seal in bottom right hand corner and no way to adjust, reflecting on overall build quality.

Love this fridge freezer, fantastic size, can get so much more in than a standard one. Water dispenser is great and well designed so not too much shelf space is given over to it. Love the ice trays which empty at a turn as well. Really pleased with purchase.

Excellent size for our needs, a bit larger than the normal 60cm width, so holds plenty of food for our needs. Love the water cooler, and it’s very space saving. Would recommend.

I chose this because it has a really large capacity (over 300 litres), was a great price and had a non-plumbed water dispenser. It hasn't disappointed and is doing a good job. It's a bit soon to tell how reliable it is. My previous impression that the Beko products may be less solidly built than some of the competition is challenged by the fact that this fridge comes with a 10 year warranty. It has clean lines and looks smart in my kitchen. The only downside is that it only gains an F rating for energy consumption, which I would prefer was better.
