Failed out of the box, not AO’s fault. Wish I’d trusted my instincts and bought a better brand - this was one of a few choices in this size in white.

I just give 2 stars because the delivery men was friendly. I bought a fridge freezer thought was a new but I received a refurbished one. It came with stains and dirty water disposal. It makes some noise not like new one. Unfortunately, it was the first time I bought something in AO and last time. Very poor quality ?? I really want to sent back but my mum said she didn't want more stress with all the process and we was in need of fridge and it was a lesson for future. Buy where you know, independently of value or time it will take. Very disappointed ??

Upon unwrapping, this "looked" the part, but once filled, its rather disappointing, the upper shelves are tiered and the inner wine rack would be more useful as another full shelf, I'm sure I can buy replacement shelves and swap them out, but I'd rather it was delivered at maximum capacity than have to spend more.

The water dispenser came broken but the customer service was very quick to book and engineer and have it fixed. It has been working great since then.

Nice and wide and not as deep as others. Advantage of this is being able to blend into kitchen, but disadvantage is that capacity is not very good. Shelves are far from ideal with lots of wasted space, again reducing usable capacity. I had to reverse doors, which was fairly easy but the fridge door does not seal in bottom right hand corner and no way to adjust, reflecting on overall build quality.

Looks good but unfortunately it arrived damaged/ faulty so had to return for a replacement. It was not in stock and was sent a similar alternative so can only review this on how it looked and not on performance. First impressions were good it was a good size, nice glossy finish, water dispenser looked decent and it looked quite roomy inside the fridge. It didn’t seem particularly well made though on closer inspection, there were a couple of sharp corners like it hadn’t been finished properly and the rubber door seal was loose in places plus the back looked like it had been hammered on by a 3 year old there were dents all around the edge. It was also quite noisy and the ice maker had little bits of sharp white plastic on parts of the tray again not finished to a particularly high standard.

Tall and wide and good value!

This tumble dryer does the job at a very low cost. Only issue is the noise it sometimes makes. Quiet most of the time but then strange noises as it adjusts itself.
