My first marriage lasted longer than this dishwasher. But it did see out the warranty before deciding to stop working. Avoid.

The current replacement dishwasher has so far only been operating for two weeks. Given time, it could be that the number of stars will increase.

Unfortunately the machine leaked within a few days, but both Candy and AO responded excellently to replace the machine. One star simply for the appliance. Delivery from AO and customer service from Candy and AO was superb.

First time we used this dishwasher, it blew our electrics and flooded our kitchen. On contacting ao.com, we were told we had to contact the manufacturer. Instead of replacing the item, they insisted that an engineer come out to look at it. The engineer came out and said it could not be repaired so we had to get in touch with ao.com again to arrange a replacement. This time we ordered a different make and model. I would not recommend this appliance.

Sorry but had it 4 days and it stopped working. Waiting for repair men come to sort it out. Might have to pay £72 to £170 to get it serviced because I have,nt added more insurance to my 1 year warranty yet.

Faulty when delivered. It was picked up and a replacement sent quickly. The replacement had the same fault so returned and a replacement sent of a different make.

Dishwasher lasted only 6 months (used once per day). I have had the repairman out twice under warranty but he was unable to fix the problem and so I will be supplied with a replacement. Unfortunately the repairman told me he has seen similar problems on the same model many times! My recommendation would be to avoid this purchase. Apart from the issue above, the dishwasher worked ok, but the lower rack is not designed well - the gaps are very large, so you cannot place smaller items such as cups or small bowls without them slipping through.

Felt a bit flimsy and unfortunately the door was damaged but Ao.com were great at providing a quick solution and exchange the product. I decided to go for a different make as overall product performance was not the greatest and all the programs felt quite complicated to use
