Nice looking cooker hood and goes well with my black ceramic hob. It was delivered in good protective packaging, but I was careful not to poke the pre-fitted metal filters when I took it out of the box. They are easily removable for cleaning, but they are made of soft aluminium so care is needed not to dent them with your fingers. As a precaution, I took them out before I fitting the hood. The chimney comes in 2 pieces -each 50cm high. One slides up and down inside the other so I was easily able to make it a snug fit with the ceiling. It comes with a carbon filter for internal air circulation but as you have to change them regularly and they are not cheap, I decided to fit it to an outside vent. The fitting instructions are good with nice diagrams. I used a 150mm semi-rigid aluminium hose and a ring clip (not supplied). An adapter is included in the box for a 120mm hose but I decided against using that as it could make the fan work harder (reducing its life) and would increase noise. The hood includes self-opening flaps to stop back-draft on windy days. In summary a very nice cooker hood and easy to fit.

First time I've used AO, and I am impressed. The chimney cooker hood looks great; it works well, the price was good, and I was able to book a delivery slot well in advance. The delivery men notified me on the day the exact time I could expect them - and they were true to their word.

Product works well but the flue is too long for a low ceiling kitchen. Would be better if it was easily cut down/pre punched.

Very easy to install, the chimney was to long for our kitchen, which we already knew before buying but was easy to cut to size. It isn't to noisy and is really easy and simple to use. A good buy.
