The 9kg drum is the perfect size for a family of 4. It's quiet on full spin too. Plenty of programs, but unable to change temperature to 60 deg on the 60 minute wash. With it being intergrated, the machine is pushed a little further back, so when the drawer is pulled out, it doesn't come out far enough beyond the kitchen bench. It's ok, but could be a bit longer when for putting the powder in.

When the machine is on the spin cycle it's unbearable and travels into the kitchen from its space and the whole house shakes. I have tried different loads but it makes no difference it always seems to be unbalanced when entering the spin cycle. Do not buy this machine.

The product is good overall and easy to use, relatively quiet, the service that AO provided was ace though, the machine broke down within warranty and within 48 hours of the technician visiting me and saying it was not fixable AO had delivered a new machine and taken away the old one. I chose the exact same machine again as I believe it is good one despite the original one failing.

I love this washer dryer looks stunning. And does the job brilliantly. Hopefully lasts for years to come.

Swift order to delivery to home withina couple of days. Cracking service and the delivery guys were spot on. Called when on their way and no fuss. Machine is easy to install and already running smoothly at 3 washs a day!

Loads of washing options with variable spin. Love the amount of clothes that can be washed at one time. The machine is nice and quiet.Haven’t tried the dryer yet as it’s been sunny so far!
