It was delivered on December 23rd. The very next day, one of the rings stopped working, and it’s taken six days to have it sorted, albeit over Christmas.The rings are quite small; I like to batch cook sometimes, but my large stockpot doesn’t fit any of the rings, so only the middle portion gets cooked. The lock, in our childfree home is redundant, and annoying.

The oven itself is very good with easy to use controls and safety features to help with little ones. BUT it comes with a massive warning - the oven is listed as being able to go under a counter. This is NOT the case and can only be fitted into a unit and does not come with any brackets to fit it. No where on the AO site is this explained however it is a common complaint according to the 3 different engineers who came to try and fit it. As for trying to get the parts from Hisense themselves- that’s a joke they only sent 2 screws!! Basically avoid this oven if you aren’t fitting it inside an actual built in cupboard.

This was the same almost exactly as our previous hob, making it easy to use. However, it is just easy to use! Simple functions that do what you need, including a lock function, with a set of new cheery sounds. Easy to maintain too. Not the largest rings in the world, but I can use a large soup pot on the bigger ones easily.

Looks good works well, alarm not as loud as previous same model, bought as replacement for this as one ring packed up.

The hob replaces a expensive Miele.It performs just as well.The delivery men were very helpful and a very fine advert for your company.Service

It’s a good hob but takes a while to heat up. It’s also a bit sensitive to putting items onto it even when off and locked- stays beeping which is a bit annoying!

Bought this hob to replace one exactly the same which we have had for several years and we were very happy with ordered from a o on line and took delivery in two days first rate service
